The first thing I did when the pressure cooker arrived was watch the video that comes with it. I found it very informative and helpful on my new journey of cooking with pressure! The first night I couldn’t wait to get in the kitchen and try it out. I decided to make my wife’s recipe of crock pot quesadillas but in the pressure cooker.
That’s the thing I love the most with cooking with pressure cookers, it cooks in just minutes with the same great flavor of something that use to take us up to 8 hours to create! With the Elites two different pressure it gives you endless possibilities. The quesadillas turned out perfect and I could not be happier with Elite.
Because the Elite Pressure Cooker cooks in so little of time it is great for these hot summer days. You don’t have to heat up your home to have a delicious homemade meal. I have made pork chops, rice pilaf and even potatoes in the pressure cooker. Fagor’s pressure cooker even came with a great cookbook. My next item I make in it is going to be a cheesecake! I can’t wait!!
