When FantasiCakes offered to send me one of their delicious cakes or tarts to review I never thought it would be so difficult to decide what one I wanted.. All of their products look absolutely mouth watering! Well, I ended up picking their Pecan Coffee Cake. Yummy!
As soon as the cake arrived at the door we had to cut some pieces and give it a try. Wow!! This is the most delicious and moist coffee cakes I have ever had. I was hoping to maybe freeze part of the cake so we could enjoy it again later, well my family had other plans. It was so good that we all gobbled it up within a day. My son who does not even like pecans enjoyed this cake and has changed his mind about pecans. Here he is chowing down on his cake.

Seriously…they ALL look good, but my top 2 choices would be the Marble Coffee Cake and Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake, closely followed by the Lemon Bundt Cake and Pecan Coffee Cake.
