Kool Collar is a cool way to keep your pooch from getting overheated. The Kool Collar has really helped my dog cool when he needs to go outside to do his business and trust me, it has been HOT here in Ohio.
Kool Collar sent me a medium red Kool Collar to review with my dog, Darwin. It is so easy to use that my son, Dylan, is even able to put it on him. For outside use you use regular ice cubes inside the collar. You just open the hook and loop side of the collar, slide in the cubes, close and fasten the collar on your dog.
Here is Darwin with his Kool Collar on outside (best photo I could get, he is a little hyper playing outside). You can see how hot it has been by all my burnt grass! lol While inside you can cool your dog off with the reusable KoolTube inside the Kool Collar.
